    hi,

    just to tell everybody that vbseo service and crm is very poor - and it is still not sure when and if you get delivered what you have paied for!
    Emails and support tickets will not be answered.

    I'm waiting again!
    Two days now - the same procedure as with my last renew where I had to wait 2 weeks.
    I hope they get asap competition!
    otherwise it is not explainable how that poor service is able to survive!
    far away from professional!

    YEAH, I've got ripped 266.- by vbseo!!!

    where is the club to join?

    Do you have the ticket ID for the ticket you opened? Perhaps you did not complete the submission of your ticket.

    Then perhaps you did not submit it fully. That has been a problem reported with many users of the DeskPro system.

    Please send me your order # and forum URL via PM and I'll get everything set up for you, and also try to find out why it was not completed immediately after your purchase.

    After you submitted a ticket you get a few similar knowledgebase-entries, that could be an answer for you and you then need to klick "These entries do now answer my question" or what it is labeled.
    If you don't do this, your ticket will not be sent.

    The problem is, nothing you need take personal I overread it the first time on such ticketsystems too , that people are mostly lazy and don't read text that is small and think "I pressed enter, thats all".

    It seems that you had an order was 2006 that was reversed. When this happens, new orders get flagged and transferred to a team member who must follow up via email with you. You may have missed the email that was sent.

    Glad to hear everything is in order now. I apologize for the inconvenience. We've disabled the knowledge base suggestions in the ticketing system temporarily, since it was this part that was causing the confusion.
