Yes I am an existing owner but I purchased another script for my other forum, the download link does not show for the newly added site.

But I need to register my new script for my new site, that script is for my existing site that I have already installed the vbseo script on. You said that I have to buy a new script for each site, so I have done so. How do I register my new site and get the download link. Don't you guys have record of my purchase??????

I'm showing two licenses for you. When you go to the Download page, you should see both licenses listed.

The download is the same for all sites. The license key is retrieved at the time you install.
