    I have VBSEO 3.5.2 but no gravity

    Vbseo - how they let a customer down review

    and replied with

    " We are currently looking into your case. I do not have all the facts at this time to provide a solution, but do know that your issue is being looked into and information requests have been placed in order to sort this issue in a satisfactory manner. until that time, I will close this thread to keep if from getting out of hand for no good reason."
    Of course you have the facts already... I provided you with a LINK Gravity Insights Premium, a $99 value, FREE for vBSEO customers! showing the date you released Gravity to your customers which was the 20th of september 2010

    And as for my account details...You can easily see my account, as your support staff via email has stated they know when my licence expired on the 23rd of september, 2010. 3 days after the release.

    It doesnt take a brain scientist to conclude or days of searching that I was an active licenced customer on the 20th when you released Gravity and any decent minded company would honor that and provide a link to gravity

    Instead all your company is doing is

    1. Give us more money
    2. We will look into this and have information requests, blah blah..
    3. Closing threads

    basically hoping it will all get swept under a carpet

    This is total B.S

    Why can you not support a loyal customer? I have stuck with your company since the beginning, always renewed and would renew again if you would honor the fact that I should be allowed Gravity because when it was released in those 3 days from the 20th to the 23rd had I grabbed it then it would have been fine but because I didnt get around to getting it in those 3 days.. Now im told I'm not allowed it unless i fork over more money.

    Sorry that is B.S I think you guys are just trying to avoid this and make out that it takes longer to solve a simple situation which is. Help the customer. Instead you guys are not doing anything

    This is beyond disappointing, its sad that a company acts in this manner towards its loyal customers

    As Brian stated in your last thread, we are currently investigating your issue, collecting feedback from the rest of staff, trying to find an appropiate response for you. Brian closed your threads to avoid unnecesary discussions and off-topic that may end on a vicious circle, thing that wouldn't benefit anyone.

    Please keep in mind, as I already stated in your first thread, we are in non-office hours, and responses to your issues/support requests may take more time than usual. Yesterday was Saturday, today is Sunday. As I told you, Brian will give you a response as soon as the issue has been clarified, so please avoid posting threads elsewhere asking for responses, we will assist you.

    I do NOT have all the facts and am awating 3 pieies of information. I have all of yours from you. I do NOT have all of OUR internal information about the release details.

    I am closing this one as well and will ask you a FINAL time to calm down and stand by while I gather this information, and note once again that it is the weekend and I cannot get a hold of the information I need probably until Monday.
