Question Apache on Windows Server 2003

I've read the recent posts regarding server requirements and the answer I see is basically:

    1. Unix with Apache

    or

    2. Windows IIS with some kind of 3rd party mod_rewrite

    How about Windows with Apache?

    Thanks in advance.
