Another test-license

Hello,



I need another test license for my forum. I would renew the current license that I own now (which is expired) if that would be possible.

I already have a test license but I could use another one (I plan to have a VBSEO copy on my laptop but I also need a dev/test environment on my production server).

Is the above Ok?

PS: I know that a test license is not to be seen by regular users (the rules have been explained to me clearly in the past).

Test licenses are requested and supplied via Support Tickers

I paid and in the VB area I appear as registered (I can download any VBSEO variant) but in the ticketing area I appear an UNREGISTERED. Additionally, there is a PHP warning on the page (please see the attached screen shot).

What is the URL that you are getting that error message at? as the support profile is available at https://www.vbseo.com/support/ wouldn't give this error.

Sometime ago I asked for a test license and I want to review that case (because I didn't save the license somewhere). I assumed (wrongly maybe) that the support ticket is available as long as I am a paying member:

That is our old ticket system that has not been in use for well over two years.

You should open a support ticket at https://www.vbseo.com/support/

I raised a new ticket using the new system.
