allow vbseo on this site?

I run an anime site, and one of the scripts I run on my vbulletin forum is an online manga reader. Which allows other members to read the latest chapter of certain series. Would this be allowed by vbseo?

Would the process you mention be considered copyright infringement of the series?

For awhile I didn't think it was till I got shut down by a hosting company for warez so I guess so. I have had other stuff of it up for like a year at a different hosting company and never had a problem.
