Addition support user not recognised

Hi,
I added one of my staff to my customer profile so that he can access Prioritized Support. But when he tries to post in the spport forum he gets a message that says he does 'not have permission to access this page'.

I check my customer profile and his username is there. Can you look into this please.

currently "Prioritized support" only allows access to the ticketing support system, but not to "vBSEO Owners" subforums.
