about ready to give up on you guys....

this afternoon has been one of the most frustrating of my life.

Your forum software has a problem and is sending out invalid passwords and I cannot log in with the account I originally used when I purchased vbseo for two of my forums.

the product has been running properly but I cannot log in so I created a new account.

My original account is jjj0923 and I'd appreciate it if you could get it working.

here is my problem. we are being forced to move to a new server with php5.3 and our version of vbseo3.0 does not work on vbulletin 3.8.6 with php5.3

I suppose I need to order and updated version - please advise asap. I am stuck and cannot proceed with my testing until I get vb3.8.6 working under php5.3 and as soon as I activate the vbseo3.0 plugin my forum and admin control panel stop dead in their tracks.

vbseo 3.0 has met end of life long ago.
vBSEO 3.6 is fully compatible with php 5.3.x

I just tested our password reset form and it works properly. I'm not sure why it isn't working for you.

There are different birthdays and IP addresses on this account vs the account in question, so i cannot do anything but assume this to not be a valid request to protect our license owners from having their licenses 'stolen'.

To prove ownership, please open a ticket with the transaction ID from your original purchase from paypal and I will push the license to this account, which you are obviously able to login under.

by the way - I could care lees about what birthday I entered when the password sent to me 6 different times did not work.

ps: transaction id from original purchase is LONG GONE BUDDY. we nuke that old stuff routinely.

Paypal never deletes logs. It is there for the life of the account.
