    vBulletin 3.6.0 & vBSEO 3.0.0 Update

    Hello all,

Just wanted to give you a heads up on the development & release dates for vBSEO 3.0.0 Gold.

vBSEO 3.0.0 pre-release has been updated for compatibility with vBulletin 3.6.0 Beta 2. If you are upgrading vBulletin to the most recent beta, please submit a support ticket to get the most recent vBSEO pre-release version.

NOTE: We suggest not running vBulletin 3.6.0 with versions of vBSEO previous to 3.0.0 as there are changes that affect the way vBSEO interacts with the new vBulletin.

vBSEO will continue to be offered as pre-release until Jelsoft announces the Gold release of vBulletin version 3.6.0.

    Cheers!

Nah, 3.6 Gold is still somewhat far away. Jelsoft usually release a few RC's after betas so I would estimate Gold is coming within a month or so.

oh the tortue lol Well I guess in the mean time ill be moving to a new dedicated server, so that will give me time to get everything ready before 3.6 comes out.

My server is running quite sluggish atm, would 2.4.5 or 3 be a suggestion to improve this? as I think 2.4 is the reason. I put in a support ticket over a week ago, but got no response. Thanks

vBSEO 3.0.0 RC1 is currently in a Release Candidate stage. Which means it is currently fit to be released as a final candidate, or "Gold". But it is kept in this state to allow for additional bug and error testings by the Pre-Release team. The major downside to upgrading is that this isnt the most recent stable version, which means unknown bugs and issues could occur which could have a detrimental effect on your forums.

Hmm... tough call. With RC's, there's only one open issue that is being investigated. However, based on previous experiences, I would be hesitant to give an ETA. It should be pretty close though

The latest edition is working fine on the Coast to Coast community. I haven't encountered any issues in RC1.
