yes i can not update there my user name at that url. There is no option there. I know there very well, because i opened 5 tickets there also.

At early times my questions there answered normally but last one on url change not answered and did not believed me as i am license owner. i am asked to login in same user name with vbseo.com. But nobody tell me yet how to do it.

The funny thing is i did before url change maybe last year by a ticket but this time not. So i am not happy with the ticket system, as its not working at least for me.

i can not do it there it doesnoıt give me that option to update my support username.

This is not an issue with the Support System, it is our Policy to only accept License transfer requests from the Account that the License is attached to.

All you need to do is log in using the account that owns the License and make the request. At the time, it would be highly advisable to also request that we merge the accounts.

I TOLD many times, i login my account (this one) and screenshotted which proıves i am owner of this account and this vbseo account has 2 licenced urls seem on my user control panel. When you changed the system i got different username different than my user name! And i can not edit it. Otherwise i directly login to support area. I have good ticket history. nobody helps. I paid money and i am blamed i am not owner please help.

I have all other proves! I opened my 8 tickets and i'll continue. Why dont you simply login my account see yourself! I give all usernames and passes.
