I submitted a ticket for access to vbseo 3.3.0 but no idea if my support question went through as there is no where you can view open tickets that I can see of.

oh I worked out what happened, I closed the window last time and didn't realize that it was not submitted because it showed me some crap where I had to scroll down and then click submit for the 2nd time.

I am not a fan of this support system.

Same here. I get no emails if my questions have been answered and I don't know if I had submitted one.

We're not happy with the feedback we have been getting regarding DeskPro. I am going to work with the team to do an evaluation. If we cannot find solutions for all issues, we will look at migrating to new software that will ensure your needs are met. Apologies for the inconvenience.

I think the previous system (with a vB-like feel) was much more user friendly.
    It was simple and straight-forward.

    Hi to all

To be honest , Deskpro is so much bad coz it has so much functional stuffs , BTW it contains alot of bugs and As "Shadab" said its not User Friendly like the old support system.

My opinion : If U try to customize and config some of deskpro options (and bugs)>(to make desk pro sutuble for User's need) its the best support system ever (I think) and there is no need to change it to new suport software . coz we will have problem with old tickets.

    Good luck every one.
    Best Regards, Persian-forums.com
