Submitted one Ticket (Ask Qustion) earlier today using new support system, after submission I have no clue where my query has gone ? this new system doesn't allow to view your ticket (or any update in it) find it very annoying as the problem I am facing right now is showstopper as my site is not working and I need support as quickly as possible, and here this new system which doesn't seems like a support system rather a ask.com instead.

Now I am not sure what to do, start sending PM to see who ever is online or just wait with a hope my ticket gets submitted and I will get a reply soon ????

I Submitted 4 tickets yesterday. The reason i posted 4 was because i didnt get any confirmation after i pressed submit. Just an eternal spinner and a message "Looking for answers in the knowledge database".

Dont know if any of my tickets got through??!

I am not seeing any tickets to your user account. What exactly did you put? Can you explain the process so we can see where you are getting lost.

First 2 tickets I used (Ask a Question/Technical support/ general). Since it didnt work I bought upgrade help and submited 2 more tickets (Ask a Question/Premium services/Professional vBSEO Upgrades) with the same result ==> none

I opened a ticket for a technical problem:
- Category: Technical Support - General
- Prio: medium
- FTP: all empty
- Your Question: my Text

After pressing the "Submit Question"-Button there is an animated gif "We are searching for articles that may be related to your question. Please wait..."

Ok, I am waiting for hours, but nothing more.
