The current version of vBSEO 3.1.0 is referred to as "GOLD". We use this to indicate that it is fully approved for public release.

So your current version of 3.1.0 is, in fact, GOLD.

I think the provision of these extra services would prove beneficial to users.

That said, I don't think much of the video. It's a little tacky, sounds very robot like and comes across as something you'd expect to hear onboard an airplane whilst watching a safety video. (albeit with different information) The video itself is not very personal at all due to the extensive use of "we" (And minimal use of "I") and the fact that the video was clearly intended to come across with a professional approach, which perhaps, is the least effective approach for a small company. I can't see how it'd achieve anything that textual documents wouldn't. (i.e. a thread) Not to mention the fact that it's not even SEO friendly!

Don't take it the wrong way though, I'm just providing feedback.
