Yes , we are aware of that and we choosed to keep it that way in order to get rid of images.

Tempted to test it out my self, but abit late here....

I don't think the link you give is the correct approach and we don't have any intension to change this. Most big sites like twitter , wordpress is using the same approach we have. If you want you can freely apply those link to your style.

a.) Do I need to have vbulletin vb 3.8.x for this to run ? Is it compatible with 3.7.0 ?

b.) Do you have a fluid version? The fixed style totally screws up the forum.

Just modify the style:

Admin CP -> Styles & Templates -> Style Manager -> All Style Options -> Main Table Width

Then just set a percentage.

The FTP manager on my Mac made a folder images-1.

It works perfect now.
