So the drop in Total URLS is due to the hidden forums? Mine dropped from aroun 77000 to 63000 after installing 2.2.

I think the drop is fine, hidden forums should not be submitted.

How many pages do you have indexed ?

I have right now 15,900 pages indexed by Google of 61,600 URL's submitted by SEO Sitemap Generator 2.2

why on earth would you want google or other spiders to try and access pages they can't?

These are my max/memory settings: Are these ok?

max_execution_time = 60 ; Maximum execution time of each script, in seconds

I was running the sitemap generator then it gave me that memory error, then i tried to run again and I got this error:

What I noticed after installation of latest version of Site Map Generator that I start getting a lot of WARNINGS on Google. On further investigation I find out Google is giving warning with following description.


- All the URLs in your Sitemap have the same priority.
All the URLs in your Sitemap are set to the same priority (not the default priority). Priority indicates the importance of a particular URL relative to other URLs on your site, and doesn't impact your site's performance in search results. If all URLs have the same priority, Google can't tell which are more important.

Is it possible to get a little guidance / direction to fix this issue ?

Please try to disable Text sitemap option in vBSEO Sitemap Generator settings, that is a single large file that includes ALL urls and compressing it with gzip might require a lot of memory. Now that Yahoo supports xml sitemaps, text sitemap is not really required anymore.

I disabled that , and when I tried to run the sitemap generator I got the same error like last time, and it came before it starting making the sitemap:

There is an option in vbseo_sitemap_config.php file to automatically prune old logs from data folder.
