The zip package only have one folder donot upload. The folder contains product xml file and readme.html file.

It should be visible on the left-middle of the screen. Make sure that you don't have it disabled with http://www.vbseo.com/info/ls-switch.html

Stats show now for non-forum pages that use the vb navbar, but the values are way off and don't seem to be updating since the first day they showed. One of the most-viewed non-forum pages on my site has read 379 pageviews since the first day the tab appeared (it should read in the 10s of thousands by now). I updated the plugin yesterday and it still hasn't changed.

Make sure , you changed our day range. Default livestats is set to show records for 1 day

I have it set to one month, and even experimented with other settings. I've also checked it against the analytics site. The display doesn't change no matter what setting I use, and is a tiny fraction of the actual number.

Current released version always displays 1 day only. However in future versi,ons date range is saved with a cookie. Thats why you'll not face an issue in future. Currently you have to apply date range everytime you load Livestats

Can I make it so only I can see it and not any other admins from my board?

yes, you do this within the ACP, its only visable to all here at vBSEO.com as a live demo to all..

No you can't, i suggest if you dont want someone to view your stats, to not make them an administrator :( as it only shows page views, hits etc...

Ok too bad. Maybe you can put in an option where you can specify that It will only be available for one or some users.
