It's okay, I'm not criticising the business decision - just with running 20 licences it can get a little much to administrate, especially when no perceived urgency to upgrade.

    Hi Brian,

My records show that you are running some 3.0 release candidates as well as some previous versions on a few forums. To take full advantage of 3.0 GOLD, we do recommend that you complete the upgrade.

Oh, I almost certainly will be - just getting the associated licences sorted out so I can actually renew the right ones, as the list in the downloads center is very out of date - but am getting this sorted out with support. Hopefully.

Apologies for the inconvenience. Our new registration system is much improved. The last version did not have all forums assigned to their owner.

It's okay, as mentioned in the support ticket, I'd made a mass purchase direct to vbseo which had by-passed the normal payment processing system, hence caused a little confusion. Hoping to get that resolved as it makes renewal a little challenging at the moment.

Since you have multiple licenses, if you determine the expired count, you can just sent 1 payment as well. It a little easier for you that way.

Some instructions on that would be nice - feel free to PM.

Just paid to renew one licence, but it isn't automatically showing as renewed in the downloads area, so I've had to upload an older version of vbseo for that site at the moment.

Take a look at your license list. Find all those that are listed as expired. Multiple the # of expired times $35 to get your total. Forward payment directly via PayPal to sales@crawlability.com with a note stating that the amount is for your x renewals. When I receive it, I'll process all of your renewals.

I got the renew and support email. Personally, that's not how I like to do business. Suppliers shouldn't look for sympathy. That spooks me.

That said, I can't explain exactly what it is about vBSEO that I believe works well, but I know for the cost it has been a tremendous benefit to my forums and very easy to upgrade.

My only question is, as I am fully up to date, why should I renew now? Given the time it to 3.0 to go Gold, I would expect that a 4.0 version might be coming in ... 18 months which would be past expiration if I renewed today...

So here is the deal vBSEO. Give us a roadmap. It doesn't need hard and fast dates, but give us an inclination of whether you are developing SEO products for other software systems, or if you will be focusing on vBulletin. Let us know what features you are considering, and what areas you plan to improve upon. Perhaps set a date for a maintenance release, 6 months from now.

Create a buzz about your product. Give us a reason to purchase support (aka update insurance) NOW.

if you are up to date now, there is really no reason to update until a new release comes out anyway.

I personally have not re-newed yet, and won't probably until vB 4 comes out, and the resulting new version of vbseo follows.

I'm content with my current set up.

    Hi there,

    I'm seeing this in the 'download area';
    "Your vBSEO Licenses: none"
    :(

I'm sure I remember buying vBSEO at one stage but not according to the new system, could someone fix me please? So I can aleast buy the 'renew' instead of the full license again >.<

    Thanks,
    Mat

Just a bump of this vbseo, http://www.vbseo.com/purchase/renew-vbseo.html is dead and I seen a customer asking how to renew...so might want to look at this
