I changed files from Sitemaps v.2.0 to Sitemaps v.2.1 Is this a correct way?

You should also install new xml product file in vB admincp.

vBSEO Sitemap Generator 2.1 is not compatible with vBSEO 3.2.0. You can download Sitemap Generator 2.2 from vBSEO Google/Yahoo Sitemap Generator - vBulletin.org Forum
