vBSEO.com - New Server to be Activated on Sunday - 2 Hours Downtime

Hello everyone,

• On Sunday, January 25th, 2009 we will be moving vbseo.com to a new server.
• During the transition, the site will be offline for an estimated 2 hour period.
• The move will begin at 02:00 (GMT).

vbseo.com and our internal systems have been running on somewhat outdated hardware. As a result, server performance has been failing to meet our expectations recently.

However, we have now selected a powerful new server (Dual Processor Quad Core Xeon 5420 - 2.50GHz - Harpertown) from the helpful team at SoftLayer. We expect the new server to provide vast enough resources to not only rev vbseo.com up to blazing fast speeds, but also power our vital back end systems with memory and CPU to spare.

Unless any unexpected issues arise, we will be back online as quickly as possible, within the estimated 2 hour time frame.

Thank-you for your patience while we complete our upgrade.

Purchased vbseo & install on Saturday morning, after navigating the confusing new support page (that has no support ticket button), I was instructed to pose the support ticket as a question
No response to support install ticket as of 9 am Monday, usually vbseo has had lightning fast response on my other forum.....must be the server swap.

I am trying to download Download vBSEO 3.2.0 and I am wondering if the migration may be causing my problem?

I am getting a zero byte file when I try to download - and I *really* need to get this today, so I can get it on the sites before Google hits us

Is this a known issue or is it unrelated to the migration? If unrelated, can I get a bit of advice on what I might be doing wrong?
