4.1 is the issue. a new version of live stats is in beta and being tested by the pre-release team.

Please note, this is not currently working with vb4.1 +. If you are on that version or newer vb, that is likely the issue you are facing. A new release is coming soon to fix this.

The login comes from analytics itself.
