and since you have 19 sites that require vbseo, why dont you privately negotiate with the sales team to get better rate. it could be possible.

They offered a rate of $129.99 and then $119.99 both are still higher then their early bird rip off.

now rather then make the problem right they would rather find excuses and try to blame the customers and their lack of actions.

I was told last year they would have this great promotion and I waited for it. Now all I get are excuses.

My Customers and myself are not using this product to make money. We use it to promote the websites of free knowledge to education people around the world on subjects of endangered animals and other non-profit subjects.

So everyone saying money is no object, it is for what we want to use this for. People seem to think that I want to purchase this to make money, WRONG! Even with a early bird discount and the brand free license we would be paying almost $4300.00, as you can see these licenses really add up. Every $50.00 count for non-profit websites.

I am sorry I acted the way I did earlier but the response I got from the staff of this company was like they just did not care to lose my business or the business of other customers.

They know they did their customers wrong and they did not take the right actions to correct them. They admit their email went out late and instead of putting the promotion off for another day they went ahead with it while everyone was sleeping or unable to receive their email.

They really should have extended the promotion for the entire day OR rescheduled it for the next day. Not say too bad so sad and we do not care if our customer leave or not.

Botman, i hope you realize if they do give anyone the $50 discount again, they would have to refund the money to hundreds of other users that purchased it at $117 or $129(me so whoever payed more then $100 for should get the extra refunded. I doubt this is going to happen and a whole bunch of people will get even more disappointed. So its either them not giving you the $100 price, or refunding hundreds of other members
