vBSEO 3.3 GOLD - Promo Coupons for Instant Savings (6 Hours Until Price Increase)

This may not be the right area to ask, but could you please answer my question regarding the vBSEO installation Step 1:

Step 1:

A. Upload ALL the files in the 'upload' folder to your forum root folder.

Note: Ensure all files are uploaded with the same folder structure provided in your 'upload' folder.

I'm using SmartFTP software and when I try to upload files from the upload folder to the forum root I'm getting this message:

This destination contains a folder named 'admincp', 'clientscript', etc.

If any files have the same names, you will be asked if you want to replace those files.

Do I need to "Merge" these files or what am I supposed to do exactly?

I agree with you. I just got this mail just now (2 minutes back) and yes I am always connected to my gmail inbox through blackberry. If I had known the 99 dollar deal, I would have bought it right away. As you said no exceptions, so it isn't worth mentioning if you can make an exception for us who just got this mail. Well I am sorry I missed this one I guess. I received my email during the 6 o'clock hour so I take it that it was good for an hour after that, yet I am not sure if each email was different or not.

Guys! I got the mail 2 hours ago and was never even eligible for the $99 deal due to it being late. Cmoooon. If you send me a PM with a working $99 promo code I will buy immediately.

I believe that is where most of us are. I even looked and never received a first email. I received the one saying the special was being extended, again like I said if this promotion is anything like the service this company has, then why buy a product that is not backed by great customer service?

Its like buying a car and how everyone is nice until you sign on the line. But really this company has earned the respect and dignity they deserve.

Doesn't this go for 48 hours? Just different price levels...you still save money.

Well it's a great company and product but this Promo Coupon business is really disappointing. I too did not receive the original email and got the extended email without enough time to even take advantage of the $99 price. It's obvious they are sending out a buttload of emails and depending on your position in the mail queue you might not get the notices in time.

Can someone at vBSEO respond? I sent a PM to the staff but no response :(

same here, I mailed them and opened a ticket, still no response. I guaranteed them that I would buy the license right away if the 99$ dollar deal was still ON. Now its just 18 dollars more for the 6 hour promotion, but that 18 dollars bump is making me hesitate....18 dollars is really nothing but its something for vbseo, since I am backing off from buying the license with these coupons. Only if that 99$ deal was still open. Its a brilliant product but blaming your mail server for giving us such delayed emails.

I understand the whole no exception rule which is fine. Maybe next time

Guys, there are many customers that have purchased at the current (2nd level) price point of $117.07 (~30 mins left). If we made an exception with any of you right now, it would be unfair to those that have purchased at the newer price point.

I wish I could, but at the same time, we simply can't be unfair with these new customers.

Aw I just got an email saying the Early Bird discount time would be increased. I knew it was funny that the Early Bird time was up, but I bought the 6 hour one anyways. My luck :/.
