What's coming in vBSEO 3.5.0:
Development for vBSEO 3.5.0 was resumed immediately after receiving the first alpha of vBulletin 4. 3.5.0 will fully support all vB4 url structures and features.
Additionally, vBSEO 3.5.0 will have a completely rewritten control panel featuring a CSS-based layout that focuses on better usability, a feature admittedly lacking in the current control panel. The control panel will also feature a new Inline Help "bubble" for customers new to the software or unsure of what the option does.
Performance has also been a big factor in this upcoming release. Some areas of the vBSEO codebase have been rewritten in 3.5.0 with performance and server processes in mind. As many of you may know, we have added an additional developer to our core product development team. Adrian is currently working on the vBSEO 3.5.0 code re-factor with our other developers.
The vBSEO team to customer relations are also making a step to improve. Shortly after the 3.3.1 release cycle, we will begin contributing to a vBSEO development blog. All customers (and potential customers) will be able to follow our teams' progress as they work on the next vBSEO release. Our entries will feature example code improvements, control panel updates, and development progress leading up to the next version.
