    What's coming in vBSEO 3.5.0:

Development for vBSEO 3.5.0 was resumed immediately after receiving the first alpha of vBulletin 4. 3.5.0 will fully support all vB4 url structures and features.

Additionally, vBSEO 3.5.0 will have a completely rewritten control panel featuring a CSS-based layout that focuses on better usability, a feature admittedly lacking in the current control panel. The control panel will also feature a new Inline Help "bubble" for customers new to the software or unsure of what the option does.

Performance has also been a big factor in this upcoming release. Some areas of the vBSEO codebase have been rewritten in 3.5.0 with performance and server processes in mind. As many of you may know, we have added an additional developer to our core product development team. Adrian is currently working on the vBSEO 3.5.0 code re-factor with our other developers.

The vBSEO team to customer relations are also making a step to improve. Shortly after the 3.3.1 release cycle, we will begin contributing to a vBSEO development blog. All customers (and potential customers) will be able to follow our teams' progress as they work on the next vBSEO release. Our entries will feature example code improvements, control panel updates, and development progress leading up to the next version.

    Have an Idea?

We are always looking for ways to improve and features to add. If you haven't visited our new Feedback and Feature Request system, today might be a great time.

Much appreciated! And thanks for the updates and goodies not mentioned in the first post

Looking at this thread vBSEO End Of Summer Sale, Tweet-enable your website! the newly added Tweetboard settings will only be available when you have indeed an alpha invitation?

Easy upgrade btw. Even the manual updates I've made to the config_vbseo.php where included

Tweetboard invites are closed, however during checkout you should have gotten an invite code in the last page, didn't you?

I haven't bought anything thus far I am referring to the newly added settings located at the vBSEO control panel.

These won't be optionable, even if the settings are enabled, unless you have an alpha invite correct?

Ah, sorry, I thought you had.

Yes, as you say, it doesn't work unless you have an invite, however, 140Ware is approving blocks of invites as they become available. So my suggestion, if you are interested in running Tweetboard is to request an alpha invite by pressing the blue button in the Tweetboard homepage.

Just today they (feels weird talking in 3rd person about self ) approved a block of 1140 invites, and I expect the next block to be approved within a few weeks.

    Post Twitter Board

    Juan,

I noticed the new option for twitterboard when I upgraded today to 331 - I have asked for an invite but I assume it's best to leave this option off until the invite is granted?

This is not clear in the setup panel.

    cheers

    Roy
