Just keep in mind that all options are set at optimum settings - only a few should be tweakd. In a sense it can really teach you most SEO basics.

Whatever you do, my honest recommendation is *not* to change any URL preset, simply select one, but do not customize the individual settings within it.

thanks Juan, so far haven't touched anything, just added some custom rewrite URLs setup by some vbseo users for the C&D Garage Module. Everything looks good and simple. I am in love with this option! Just waiting for the members to realize what just got installed in the site today!
