    Same question as an earlier person. I'm using 3.1.0. Will the same patch work or is there a file I can edit to fix the issue with 3.1.0?

    But in order to make at least 3.7's new functions work, you should upgrade to 3.2.0 or 3.2.5 (when it's released).

    The patch is only the vbseo.php file that you need to upload. Were your rules box always there before? This patch should not affect anything there.
