I still have the problem if I disable all plugins (vbseo alone or all) from admin cp (plugins and products).

But if I add this
define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true); to config php it seems working. Strange.
I don't know where to look since all my plugins are in admin cp.

Are these normal to appear after vb upgrade to 3.7.0?

Admin CP -> Maintenance -> Diagnostics -> Suspect File Versions

vbseo.php File does not contain expected contents
vbseocp.php File does not contain expected contents
vbseocpform.php File does not contain expected contents

/admincp

admin_vbseo.php File does not contain expected contents

/includes

functions_prefix.php File does not contain expected contents

Yeah, thats normal.

vB has no idea what vbseo code may or may not have in it.... so obviously its not expected.

prefix is not related to vbseo though... you might want to re-upload that file

I think I should hold off, I'm running the rc3 but I see a few bug reports for the rc4 :(

Working fine for me now Loco, I think it was just a teething problem. I just got my email saying:

So Mert's fix definitely resolved my issues Even though he is from Turkey and don't like guns.....

Is it just the linkback feature that is the issue? (I know there is a fix for this already)

The thing is I never enabled this feature (Linkback) and don't have any issues with the new release so far. Sitemaps runs like a champ.

<-- knock's on wood

There were two main issues. One important one not so.

1) The sitemap generation failed on execution.

2) Ignore Linkbacks from Duplicate URLs? feature. Every time I select "yes" and click "save all settings" it still keeps the "no" radio button checked when the page reloads.

However

1) Has now been resolved. With Mert's fix

2) Has been acknowledged and will be fixed in next release. And was not there in vBSEO 3.1.0 and so was not important to me.

rc4 has more fixes than rc3... so, get rc4 now if you're on rc3. the same bugs that exist in rc4 are still in rc3

Would you think I should wait for the upgrade? I mean, I saw a lot of problems in the forum... Think, they'll be fixed in a future version (RC5? Final?)??!

Thanks...

Yes of course, but do you think those bugs are so bad that I'll seriously run into trouble and I'd better wait or are this bugs "in special cases only"?
