    It was the regular vBulletin email system. We just had the English message translated into multiple languages, and then included within the same email.

    If you are referring to the announcement threads, then were all translate by our Global Partners team.

    I am getting the following errors when I enable XCACHE support. ANy ideas?

    Warning: xcache_isset() [function.xcache-isset]: xcache.var_size is either 0 or too small to enable var data caching in /usr/home/satellit/public_html/includes/functions_vbseo_cache.php on line 93

    I am getting a fatal error after the upgrade:

    PHP Code:
    Fatal errorCall to undefined function get_forum_info()
    This error is triggered by the folowing code in the "global_start" plugin hook:

    PHP Code:
    vbseo_get_options();
    vbseo_prepare_seo_replace();
    get_forum_info();

    Thanks. I'm a little lost. Are you referring to admincp > users > send email to users? I cannot find any translation / language options. I'm guessing you guys have several language packs installed?

    Thanks.

    Chad,

    It was simply translated and pasted in multiple times, once for each language, and sent as one long message.

    FYI, I realize it's a beta feature, but I tried using the Cache type feature and selected XCache which is listed as Supported in my control panel. I'm pretty sure my server supports it. After I saved the settings, all of my pages, including my forums and CP, all loaded as blank pages. I had to manually go into config_vbseo.php and change VBSEO_CACHE_TYPE to 0 to get pages loading again.

    EDIT: Keeping on topic.... upgraded at Cool Sci-Fi with no major issues other than the function problem in a custom script. Also ran into the same thing where I had to re-apply my key after importing my saved settings.

    Disappointed not to see:

    Custom meta for blogs, and no RR's.

    That function name changed with 3.1.0. Make sure you installed the new vBSEO XML Product file, and also, if you use the functions for extensibility to do any custom code, you will need to update that also.

    What would be really "worthful" for SEO is:

    1. Custom title per forum
    2. Custom title extention per forum

    Titles are very important for SEO, it will be used in the listing of Google so they want to list the highest quality titles, they even modify it themselves sometimes. As every niche is completely different, and the specifications of a high qaulity title can differ from niche to niche, it would be very nice to be able to configure a custom title and content "title extension" for every forum.

    The title extension is added after the content title (e.g. Thread title - Custom forum extension).

    The key changes with every version change. You'd have to re-apply the key if upgrading from something else to 3.1.x.

    That's an interesting idea.
