It adds another query to your program - being to check the title rather than just do a straight redirect, but its surely worth it.

Is the file from the UserCP the latest one?

If it's the case I suggest you call it vBSEO_2-0_Gold_Build2_Zend.zip

Yes, it's the latest one. I just renamed it back to include the 'Build 2' in the title
