vBSEO 2.0 Final Released for Testers

Hello Everyone,

All bugs and issues for RC8 have been resolved. With that said, we are finally prepared to release vBSEO 2.0 Final for the Testing Team. Unless a significant issue arises with the release by tomorrow, we are going to proceed with official launch!

Here is a summary of updates included in vBSEO 2.0 Final:

(1) Fixed an issue with custom rewrite rules running in the vB root directory.
(2) Fixed an issue with DHTML dropdown menus appearing at the bottom just after a vBSEO upgrade.
(3) Fixed an issue that allowed mysql_query() errors to display.
(4) Fixed an issue related to broken links when an 's' parameter is removed from the query string since it is mistaken for the sessionID.
(5) Fixed an issue that caused the 'Replies' links to fail in Internet Explorer.
(6) Fixed an issue that caused the entire member list to be returned instead of the members of a public group when the link is clicked.
(7) Fixed an issue that was preventing image attribute settings from being restored with vbseo_all.xml.
(8) Fixed an issue that caused the 'Set Password' screen to NOT display when vBSEO is upgraded without uploading all files including an XML backup file.

Download Location: Testers may download vBSEO from their User Control Panel at the http://www.vbseo.com forums. Under the "Miscellaneous" section, there will be a link to "Download vBSEO".

Note: You must be a member of the forum now to download vBSEO. If you have not yet registered, please do so. You will then find a link in the "Miscellaneous" section of User CP that says "Become a Tester". Click that link and complete the process to register for the vBSEO testing team.

Install Instructions:
(1) Backup your .XML settings file (through 'forums/vbseocp.php')
(2) Upload all the files in the '/upload' folder
(3) Restore your previous settings by uploading your backup .XML file
