PSA: Fraud Alert

Hello,

This is just a simple announcement to let all of our customers and potential customers be aware of fraudulent sites attempting to sell cracked/hacked/pirated/illegal versions of the vBSEO software as a legit license.

There is NO such thing as a re-seller for new vBSEO licenses, except on the rare occasion through one of our staff members acting as the broker. This happens in the rare occasion that a customer lives in a country that doesn't have paypal or 2co access. All other license orders MUST come through vbseo.com. NO OTHER domains will generate valid Crawlability, Inc/vBSEO orders. We cannot honor any license purchases made at such sites, and you will not have access to support nor be treated as a vBSEO customer. Further, you have purchased illegal software and may be subject to legal issues. We have been made aware that there are some websites using vbseo.__ with a variety of TLD extensions and country codes that we do not service/own.

"Used licenses" and other 3rd party sales/transfers of legit vbseo licenses are of course excluded from this, as they are still genuine vbseo license. If you are planning to purchase a license from another user, you may open a ticket with us requesting a 'background check' on the license to make sure it is in fact a genuine vbseo license that you are in negotiations to purchase from a 3rd party/current vbseo license holder. Please provide the current owner's user name and domain that his license was last used on if possible via ticket and we will look up the status of the license to let you know if it is in fact a legit vbseo license that you can purchase and become a customer.
