Please Upgrade to vBSEO 3.0 GOLD by Friday, April 20th

Hello everyone,

As you may be aware, we have extended our downloads access to all users, including those who are currently expired.

Our new renewal system has been completed. However, we wanted to give everyone an opportunity to install vBSEO 3.0 GOLD prior to launching the system.

As of Friday, April 20th our new renewal system will be activated. Those who are currently expired, who do not yet have vBSEO 3.0 GOLD installed will NOT have further access for the upgrade.

As a courtesy from the vBSEO Team, we will allow you to complete your upgrade up until Friday without renewal.

Afterwards, you will be required to pay your $35 annual renewal fee for access to upgrades and our prioritized support ticketing system (per vBSEO license you hold).

If you plan to take advantage of our offer, please complete your upgrade by Friday. No further extensions will be provided.

Instructions on how to renew will be provided to all vBSEO members on Friday.

Who knows... but the skin will be released at some point and only available to active license holders.

So when will the renewal system actually be in place?

Hi Joe, still no link to upgrade here. My license is going to expire in the next few days.

I just downloaded the vBSEO 3.0 Gold. I have 3 expired licenses and 2 active. Can I upgrade all 5 of my forums without issue??


Just wanted to ask before I attempted the upgrade.

Until we notify you otherwise, you can continue to successfully upgrade. Please enjoy the extension, but act quickly.

Because my understanding is this: if your update runs out on the x/x/07 and version xyz is out at that stage. then even on the x/x/10 you should still be able to download version xyz but not any newer updates released after xyz.

example: If someone has to start their site again, and they have formated there computer and no longer have the download, then they will need to download it again. they shouldnt have to pay $35 to download the version they already had downloaded which they were entitled to.

You will have access to all downloads that were released prior to your expiry date, except those that have been deprecated and removed.

For instance, any release candidates will be removed once a GOLD version is provided, and will no longer be available.

Everyone that has 3.0 installed & is not expired when the system launches will have access to it.

Everyone that does not, and is expired, will have access only to 2.4.

Those that do not have 3.0 installed, and are expired, will need to upgrade to get access to it.
