Jono, get real... Look at any other site that offers bulk discounts... i.e Dell 1235cn Multifunction Colour Laser Printer | Ebuyer.com £189.99 for 1 or £186.05 each for 50+, a savings of £3.

Licenses, whether individual or bulk, are being sold by vBSEO to generate revenue for the software to promote development and to make it a viable business - they are not to be given out like candy to greedy customers.

A $10 discount may not seem like a lot, but as a developer I'd rather save $10 x 10 licenses than not have the savings at all.

I am forever in awe at the attitude of some people. I'm sure vBSEO, whilst would love to see you as a happy and valued customer, won't miss your future purchases simply because you expect the world of them but aren't prepared to pay for the privilege.

To put it into perspective, are you aware of the vBulletin Bulk Purchase discount policy?

Yes - we offer discounts for purchases of three or more licenses. The price for each license decreases depending on the number of licenses you already own and the number that you wish to purchase:

Regular Forum Price $195
3 to 5 Forum Licenses $185.00 per license
6 to 10 Forum Licenses $175.00 per license
11 to 24 Forum Licenses $167.00 per license
25 to 49 Forum Licenses $158.00 per license
50+ Forum Licenses $150.00 per license

Regular Suite Price $285
3 to 5 Suite Licenses $270.00 per license
6 to 10 Suite Licenses $257.00 per license
11 to 24 Suite Licenses $244.00 per license
25 to 49 Suite Licenses $232.00 per license
50+ Suite Licenses $220.00 per license

I think, percentage-wise, that the vBSEO discount is somewhat better than the vBulletin one.

While we don't have a structure for over 10 licenses, if you would like to negotiate something in the event you want to buy 10, we can probably accomodate that somehow.

I think you should give a bigger discount for people who are buying more license, the difference is to small to make me buy more, i bought 3, but you can bet 1 year i will not buy for other websites of mine, a bigger discount could make me change my mind, what do you have to loose ? more sales more money ... for me is that simple, maybe i'm missing something.

We have no plans to change our discount structure at this time.

If you want to make a single large bulk payment at one time, please open a ticket requesting a price for number of licenses at once. Count should be above 10.
