First of all, I'd like to highlight in this thread that, when seeking for assistance, our support ticket system is the most expedited way to reach out to the vBSEO Total Support Team; nevertheless, our support forums are still available for those whose license(s) is(are) expired and also for those who feel that their questions may be of any help for somebody else.

If for some reason you have posted a support request and it hasn't been answered, please feel free to post a link in this announcement thread, or bump it by simply sending a new reply. It's a shame to see this happen at vBSEO. Support used to be top notch for a top notch product. I really hope vBSEO comes out with a product for vB 5.

Ah sorry, we are waiting after the same guy...

PLEASE LOOK AT SUPPORT TICKET 6259-WERF-8456. We haven't gotten a response in weeks and basically are paying for a product that doesn't work. This is absolutely ridiculous.
