Getting and Installing Gravity Insights on your forum
New and current vBSEO customers are eligible to signup for Gravity Insights free of charge. New vBSEO customers can get Gravity Insights by clicking 'Include Gravity Insights' when they purchase vBSEO.

Existing vBSEO customers can get Gravity Insights by going to the vBSEO downloads page.

Installing Gravity Insights is easy. Gravity Insights is a standard vBulletin plug-in. To install Gravity Insights you'll need to:

1. Download the .zip
2. Unzip the download and upload the /insights directory to your your vBulletin root folder.
3. Check your email for an account activation notice from insights@gravity.com
4. Activate Gravity Insights in your vBulletin admin panel
5. Access your account at Gravity Insights | Home
6. Note: Once Gravity Insights is installed, you can login and view real-time analytics immediately. Other reports can take up to 24 hours to process.

Full instructions are provided in the readme.txt file included with the download.

Download link isn't working. It just keeps cycling me back to the vBSEO download page. I am a paid up customer and I am logged in.

It should prompt a download box. What browser are you using?

IE8. I'll try Firefox.

hi folks, just downloaded and installed the product thru the ACP, activated the account @gravity.com ... but i can't find any option in my ACP ...

You have to goto Gravity Insights | Home and login with the email/password you receive via email.

Download dont work with IE8 here either

Jasem, it is a Premium account.

Some folks may not be receiving or have not noticed the Welcome email with the account information to login and have been confused into thinking they need to go create their own account on Insights.

Everyone will receive a Premium account.

Hi Jasem,

We apologize that our site isn't correctly displaying the Arabic characters properly. We do have extensive UTF-8 character support implemented throughout our site. We'll be happy to investigate this issue in detail and implement a fix ASAP.

Just trying to log into Insights now via your website as my username and password came through automagically, but it's just holding there. Many people must be doing the same thing, heh.

We're happy you're all downloading our plugin! Here's some useful information to help you get rolling with Gravity Insights!

IMPORTANT NOTES:

- After downloading the plugin, check your inbox (or spam folder) for a "Welcome" email from "Gravity Insights ". It contains your username and password so you can login to your new Premium account!

- Please _DO NOT_ manually create a new account on our "Sign Up" page, as this will be a duplicate account and will not be granted Premium account status (unless you purchase our plugin for $99!).

- Please remember: only the "real-time" data will appear on your Dashboard page during the first 24 hours after installing and enabling our plugin on your site.

- Your site's "daily" data will be processed at 12 AM Pacific Time (US) to populate the other reports and will be available soon thereafter.

- Your first login to Gravity Insights may take a long time. This is a new/known issue and we're working to resolve that. Once you successfully login, the pages should load MUCH faster. Apologies for the performance hits and thanks for your patience!

- If, after logging in, you get a blank white page, try logging out and/or clearing your browsers cache and Insights cookie. This has happened in rare occasions and is resolved by simply clearing out your web browser cache/cookies.
