A compatibility issue with php 5.3.3 and the php mailer system in DeskPro has been identified. As you may know, DeskPro powers our ticket system. New tickets sent to the support email, as well as email replies are currently not coming through to the ticket system. Instead of replying to ticket update emails, please login to http://www.vbseo.com/support/ and update your ticket there. Consider the email a 'notification only' for the time being.
We are aware of this issue and are currently looking to rectify the issue.
Again, this only effects emails to the support@vbseo.com address not updating the ticket system. vBSEO Total Support is still available and active, it just must be done through the web form instead of email.
While this mailbox is monitored, not all staff have access to it. You will have FAR quicker ticket response times if you update the ticket via the website.
