Announcing the vBSEO Global Partners Program

Hello everyone,

We are very pleased to announce that we recently launched a new initiative called the vBSEO Global Partners Program.

Some of may have already experienced the GP program. One of our first tasks was to start identifying your choosen language.

The new Global Partner program will ensure that we serve all non-English speaking customers better in the future, by adding dedicated Global Partners to our team.

Why is the Global Partners Program needed?

Simple. vBSEO customers are located all over the world. We believe that the quality of support provided to our customers should be the same regardless of their spoken language.

The Global Partners Team will ensure that our non-English speaking customers achieve the level of service/support that they expect and deserve.

We will expand the Global Partners Team over time to ensure that we cover each language spoken by our customers all over the world.

What is a vBSEO Global Partner?

A Global Partner will support you in your native language, both within our support ticketing system and in a dedicated forum for your language.

Global Partners will also handle the fulfillment of your vBSEO orders, sending confirmation emails in your native language as well.

With the vBSEO Global Partners on Your Team, language will no longer be any type of barrier, and you can get the same level of service and support provided to vBSEO's English speaking customers.

Who is on the vBSEO Global Partners Team?

Our Global Partners program was formed by three of our most dedicated vBSEO experts. You will recognize their names since they have already been actively providing support in their native languages of German, Turkish, and Arabic:

• Philipp Herbers, Global Partner - German; Global Partners Program Manager
• Mert Gökçeimam, Global Partner - Turkish
• Mohamed Mostafa, Global Partner - Arabic

Philipp Herbers

Philipp is in charge of managing the ongoing operations of the Global Partner Program. He coordinates all activities of the Global Partners Team. He is also the Global Partner for German-speaking customers.

Mert Gökçeimam

Mert is the Global Partner for Turkish-speaking customers. He will conduct all support, order fulfillment, and announcements for all Turkish vBSEO customers.

Mohamed Mostafa

Mohamed is the Global Partner for Arabic-speaking customers. He will conduct all support, order fulfillment, and announcements for all Arabic vBSEO Customers.

Unfortunatelly a CEO cant reply support tickets as fast a Oleg does. My 2 cents.

I even offered my medium sized board (4million pageviews) for betatesting because a lot of urls get nested with spanish words on it.

Anyway, some day, support for spanish will come. Its the 2nd language searched in google.

What about ENGLISH! :P

Nope, if you specify your forum as German, Turkish, or Arabic, your order/support tickets will automatically be handled by the appropriate Global Partner.
