Newbie here! Some simple questions!

Hi all,

New to VBSEO. Purchase the software to try and increase forum traffic.

Simple question for all of you since im new at this and not sure where to start. Basically my forum is all about Do-It Yourself content. A majority of the page views are individuals looking for information on how to fix various parts on their cars themselves. What i really want to know is the best way to get my forum to the top of the search engines when people are looking for these types of articles. Any tips in the right direction or some help would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Hi Joey,

This would be the exact thing that everyone is trying to do for their sites.

The answer is - create compelling content with the information that people are looking for, expose it to the search engines (vBSEO Sitemap), have good on-page SEO (vBSEO), and obtain good off-page SEO (other people linking to the articles etc).

There's no magic bullet, you have to create the content for people to find.

Thanks for the reply, Ace. After i posted that message i realized that is everyone's number one goal. I guess im un-sure of what to do now that i have VBSEO. I feel like i should be making changes / editing settings, but i don't know where to start.
