Newbie - Having problems getting support...

Looking forward to getting this up and running.
Have you guys had problems with their support staff responding to you?
I've left several emails, and some chat, but no response for like, two weeks...

Am I not doing something correctly?
What does it take to get a response around here? I eventually had to just buy this program to see if I can get a few answers...

Support on Sundays is limited. I've replied to your tickets. And it certainly hasn't been 2 weeks since opened... a couple hours.
