I strongly suggest you to purchase vbseo plugin of you want to see a great traffic on your forums.

Yes, I was thinking about doing that. My forum is new. I had lots of trouble with spam so I started approving posts so no spam will go through.
I get members now every day so it is starting to grow. What is your forum?
I am considering the VBSEO just need to think on it a little bit. Thanks for the suggestion though. Very much appreciated.

You can use different anti spam plugins for the spamming issue and also set captcha for registered users for posting a new thread .
you can find a great plugins at vb.org.

I am new to vb so it will require me more time lol. I will look into that and thank you very much for that information. I am trying to figure out how to moderate only the first post of a member then after that they are free to post. Any suggestions?

Welcome Jon vbseo. You can learn alot of nice new things about forum seo at the vbseo. Buying vbseo is wise thing to do. You get excahnge for your hardworkings by more web traffic and hopefully cash.
