About LinkBacksHi, i'm the admin of forum.dutchbodybuilding.com, a dutch board up since nov 2002 and still running! Our community counts +16000 members and almost 1,000,000 posts. Well, we're not there yet .. It's just since a few months ago we find out our SEO was bad and needed some work. Since than we gained a few hundred pages in google's index and 1 PR for the homepage.
vbseo started off a little difficult causing some load problems, but it's mutch better now, also thanks to the great support here.
For the moment it looks to be working pretty good, we have more spider action on board, and the google sitemap beta seems to be helping too. I'll keep you posted about our progress...,

forum.dutchbodybuilding.com: PR 2 / 139 indexed in google
dutchbodybuilding.com: PR 4 / 801 indexed in google

Now, with the plugin it's 6,10, sometimes 20 googlebot spiders!
My google index for the forum counts now 12500 pages and keeps growing every day! (remind you it was 139 before)
I'm very happy with it, and it will be even better when the serverload gets fixed
