Andre' you told me that the support will reply almost immediatly, I post 4 ticket today and after 10 hours not even one reply!

Please see the SLA pdf in your download package. Most business days have a 24-hour first response window. While we always try to answer tickets as soon as they come in, keep in mind that we do not have a full-time support agent in your time zone and most of us are half way around the world from you, so you may have to wait a bit longer for a response.

I also see that all of your tickets were answered within 4 hours, not 10. Please don't post mis-leading information.

I understand what you mean but when i spoke with your sales department the replay that i had was:
" Most of times you'll feel that you are chatting with the vBSEO agent in support, as most of the tickets got reply in less than one hour. "

Wich instead the first the ticket that I insert was replied after 6 hours 25 minutes and then all the other they have just a hour of difference ( that because the technician that replied to the first replied also to all the other tickets, 4 in total )

And also:
" Please feel free to contact us at any time, as our Total Support Team covers most of time zones."

So, mine wasn't an offensive posts, but a rectify on what we talked on the pre sales, I'm not blaming or accusing vbseo regarding the support, it's just a critic.

Yep, I told you that *most of tickets* got reply in less than one hour, but it is not a "rule of thumbs", as it basically depends on technicians availability and current time zone of the customer.

Brian has already explained that, and we currently don't have a technician available in your time zone. Just remember that I already told you we cover *most* of time zones, and also remember I told you where are all of them located.

We are grateful with your feedback, and we do love to hear your comments. It is a pleasure to have you with us .
