Loco is not apart of this staff. We have a new system that is like vbulletin.com. We can now have 3 members per license to access the ticket system.

No permissions were taken away.

Welcome to vbseo.com

Hi, Michael Biddle

After i logged in (vodafone)things were fine, i made 2 posts, here and in the vbseo section.
but after that i can not make a post or reply anywhere on the forum.
now this cant suddenly happen on its own, before i can post and now i cant, little bit strange dont ya think?

vodafone, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:
  1. You are not a registered vBSEO Owner, Buy vBSEO Now!
  2. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
  3. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.
-----------------------------------------------------------

this happens in every forum on the site, so whats up with it? i'd like it back thanks.

EDIT: We say sorry to Loco, Cheers M8.

Please provide an example URL where this is happening.

An actual URL, not 'everywhere I try to post'.

Thanks in advance.

As Member vodafone, i just tryed to make a thread in google/yahoo site map forum,
URL: http://www.vbseo.com/newthread.php?do=newthread&f=44

Tryed to reply to this thread and URL:
http://www.vbseo.com/newreply.php?do...ote=1&p=128170

other than that i am unaware of what you are asking.

EDIT: i also have no access to replying in members profiles also.

I see now, that was a permissions error defined for "Prioritized support" usergroup, it has been corrected now. Sorry for confusion (no one has changed permissions of "vodafone" user).

Also, "Prioritized Support" usergroup allows access to the support system: https://www.vbseo.com/tickets/

Just curious, but why do you keep linking to people's profiles when addressing them in a thread?

Thanks for the explanation Lance.. there's nothing wrong with it per-se, it's just something I have never seen before, and was simply curious.
