    Another new guy

Hi everyone, I've been a vBulletin user for many years (since 2.0.1 or something) and never used vBSEO, but now working for someone who wants it installed. So I'm having a problem with the install, and I can't view posts in the appropriate support forum, even though my name is listed on the owner's profile as priority support person. It does say: "These users are individuals entrusted to work on your vB/vBSEO who may need access to our support ticket system or member-only site features. "

So here I am to intro myself, but also ask where I can get help in seeing the posts I need to see, so I can then get help installing vBSEO.

    Thanks!

Thanks, Brian. I was able to solve my original issue (.htaccess question) but now I have another, lol. First let me say I have complete permissions from the license owner to do whatever's required, and get whatever information is needed. In the install instructions it says:
Copy/Paste your current key: 32_digit_key_in_green into the license key field provided:
Exactly that way, with the bold green text as shown. And in the vBSEO CP I see this message:

Your 'current' license key does not match your valid key, please license your vBSEO instance by saving your valid key as your 'current' license key.
The license owner never sent me such a key with all the other info he sent, and I have no idea where this key would be. Can you help with that?

edit: Nevermind, figured it out. Once I created a password I saw the key and was able to go from there.

(A case of being up for 24 hours straight trying to upgrade sites and install plugins, lol)
