My site is brand new, It's going on 3 weeks old. I'm needing the search hits bad. I've been told VBSEO is no use unless you have the content already there.

My forum only has 700 post along with 60 threads. So, im new..

That would be like suggesting to only fill your gas tank after you run out of gas.

The best time for SEO is "asap", running on a full tank. New forums are lucky enough to have it in place from the beginning, avoiding any update process delay, and achieving link consensus from day 1.
