Quick Links -> Who's Online
why did you move this?
why does it not show WOL in the bottom of the page?
Why should I go there and see?
It isn't moved. That's the default location of that option. vBSEO just chose to not show it at the bottom of the forum home page. You should go there and see because you asked to see who's online.
NOPE
here is a screen shot
That is BS then I should I know That I have a problem and know that I will get a timely respones?
I wish there was a response/que like on VB.com for Support
Did you open a support ticket for a problem you're having? I don't see any open tickets from you....
how about you open one for me since you know it all.
I have no idea where to go?
This site does not offer me the results no the tech support that we as paying customers should get
Everything is so hard to find and we must ask questions like this to get some kind of response It has only been a week since my first post in a long wile.
Why should I or every customer go through this run around?
Tech Support is provided primarily through the ticketing system. There is no run around. Click the large "Support" link at the top of the page. There is also a link to the ticket system from your vBSEO Control Panel.
If you are having a problem with something, open a ticket.
If you just need advice/opinions on settings/etc, you can post in the forums asking for input.
WOW
I posted a problem and you (KEITH ) gave me the run around you still cant tell me how When I posted URLs of 2 sites that when I post it the links come up with the distributions of the site instead of the links.
At the top of every page on this site, there are 4 large links.
The second one is "Support".
Click it, and it will take you to our Ticketing System, where you can raise a ticket and expect a prompt response from one of the Support Team.
The forums are not intended for serious support issues, more 'member to member' support.
Regarding the initial question: Who's Online has been turned off here for as long as I can remember. It is the choice of the Administration, a quote from Joe is:
I will close this thread now, as the question has been answered and the thread is wandering off in another direction.I personally prefer NOT having "Who's online". Despite it basically looking messy - I don't think it helps for SEO purposes with all those extra links to member profile pages.
The one benefit is providing a graphical representation of the activity. I think that this can be better achieved with a graphical "usage meter" or something similar - I'm sure there must be a hack available for this at vBulletin.org somewhere.
Should you require support, please open a ticket following the instructions I gave above.
