vBSEO is WELL worth the cost...in my experience anyway.

Over the course of my time running my site, it had floundered away at PR3 on the main page, with a few other pages getting a little of that.

Now, after only a couple of months of running vBSEO, it has gone to PR5, with all forums having at least PR2, and many threads having between PR1 and 2.
