Do you not have the "Who's Online" option under Quick Links? It's there for me, but may be disabled for non-staff.

No problems if the same is enabled only for staff

I had wondered that as well as I was hoping to get support during UK hours (GMT+1) & I thought it would be useful to see which vbSEO staff were online when. Are there any particular times they are about? Or is it as & when?

Being good for seo is one thing but I do think there also needs to be functionality for members/customers.

i think that is the exact reason why its not on.

if you need support, put in a trouble ticket. don't pm staff unless asked to do so
