| Where is my order activation email?
Hi, I hope some staff listen it. I paid almost 9 hours ago, but still haven't received any single email from vBSEO to send me an invoice and activate my order. Its really taking too much time. Now I followed what you asked me at the thank you page, if I don't get an email from sales@crawlability.com . Done that too, sent a pm to Joe and got back an autoresponder pm which asks me to open a support ticket. Now to open a support ticket they ask me to upgrade. Now this is really silly. I paid once for the product, now I pay again to get my product activated? I guess 9 hours is enough time to validate my order. Or is it that all stuffs are on holiday? Please respond asap. Krish, All orders are approved manually and may take up to 24 hours. There is no need to pay again. A staff member will have you activated shortly. |
