I hope some staff listen it. I paid almost 9 hours ago, but still haven't received any single email from vBSEO to send me an invoice and activate my order.
Its really taking too much time. Now I followed what you asked me at the thank you page, if I don't get an email from firstname.lastname@example.org . Done that too, sent a pm to Joe and got back an autoresponder pm which asks me to open a support ticket.
Now to open a support ticket they ask me to upgrade. Now this is really silly. I paid once for the product, now I pay again to get my product activated?
I guess 9 hours is enough time to validate my order. Or is it that all stuffs are on holiday?
