What was that Forum Admin forum?

I was once reading through a Member article on VBSEO.com (here) and I found this one site that had some good advice for people who ran forums. It went past the whole scope of SEO, but it gave pointers on 'How To Select Moderators' and other advice that forum admins posted on. I found it really helpful to read, but I forgot its name!

All I remember was that it dealt with bigger forums but wasn't BigBoardAdmin (since my forum can't join them yet), but allowed anyone with a forum to join. And the template color to my knowledge I believe was darker and an organish color.

Does this strike anybody that can tell me what the site was?

I dont think any board is best, when they are not able to answer any webmasters real issues.
We faced few issues, but related to do or die scenario, all webmasterboards were helpful but, only to make a cummilative decision.
I apprecaite all fo them for same.

The list above is more of promotional stuff, there are 100s of other popular forums, which do not require forum participation today
