That groups thing seems pretty raw. It needs an alphabetized menu like the member list. Also group icons and threads in groups so it's not one long message.

The groups thing is horrible. I cannot delete images that others made in my group. Nor can I kick users or anything. Cant change the description either.

So it just becomes an uncontrollable thread then? Hopefully they will be improving that before release.

Are those just permissions that you don't have, I wonder? Like in existing permission you have things like "can edit own posts", maybe there will be "can edit own group".

I read the reasoning behind this on the forum somewhere. The example used was a user creating a group, getting people to join, then changing it to say "Hitler Fans" or some such. This would mean all of the users were now unknowingly part of a Hitler fan-club. So even if there was such a permission, I think it'd be smart to limit that kind of thing to mods only. If a change is needed, it can be requested.

But other then that, there should be a way to elect certain users to be group leaders sp they can control messages and images posted.
